RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Lavinie, operated by AKM DIGITAL BUSINESS LLC.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and protective materials included, when applicable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

RETURN SHIPPING

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

To help us review the issue, please provide photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

REFUNDS
