SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Lavinie, operated by AKM DIGITAL BUSINESS LLC.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

After your order is placed, our team prepares and processes your product within 1 to 2 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

The average delivery time is 8 to 10 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier delays, holidays, customs procedures, high-demand periods, or other factors outside of our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information may be sent to the email address provided at checkout, when available.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after shipment.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts may occur. Lavinie and AKM DIGITAL BUSINESS LLC are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

While we do our best to ensure that all orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may happen due to circumstances beyond our control.
